Teresa Mandelin has more than 20 years of banking experience, having specialized in SBA lending since 1992.  She is the recipient of the prestigious Financial Services Champion Award from the SBA and is a well-respected frontrunner in the industry. 

Her strong background in commercial banking, commercial lending, real estate lending, loan reviewing and regulatory compliance stems from previous work experience as vice president and business development officer at Washington Mutual Bank, as well as Bank of Commerce and Citibank.

Mandelin is an Arizona native who earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Arizona State University.
